There is another Chinese version of Valentine's Day on the 15th day ofthe 1st month of the lunar calendar. This is also the 'Last Day ofChinese New Year' where Chinese people celebrate Chinese New Year for aslong as 15 days. During that day, girls traditionally write their nameand address on a mandarin orange, and modern people will write theirname, address, cellphone number and also e-mail and finally throw itonto a river to seek for a future lover. Boys will seek for theseoranges to find their future lover. This tradition is still kept today.
